As of right now, we have 23,820 unique posts being stored from 1,013 rss/atom feeds. This comes out to be 44,492 records when you ignore duplicate posts from the multiple feed sources. This is heavy, and it has nothing to do with the Earth's gravitational pull. The rss scanner script seems to be keeping up with the load and are improving it every day and adding new features. Digg members automatically get their Dugg RSS feed added whenever digg feeds are parsed. This allows the number of articles we know about to increase, plus it allows us to track what people find interesting.
The main page has been changed to use AJAX to create a seamless experience. More work will be going into the layout and overall design of the site. Please be assured, we're working on new designs as we speak. Be sure to add your feed as it gives everyone else something to check out. Voting and ranking should start to appear over the next couple days.
